At The Alphabet Tree, we strongly believe in working closely with parents; it has to be a partnership. We not only offer ongoing support to each child, but also to their families. We welcome any prospective parents to view our facilities at any time without the need to make an appointment, and hope that this will give you the opportunity to gain a true insight into life at our nursery. 

Every new child and their family receive a comprehensive induction to ensure that we can cater for their individual requirements. We offer between three and five 'settling in' sessions which are free of charge. Parents receive in-depth handovers when they collect their child and we arrange parents’ evenings for every age group at least once a year.

We are signed up for the government’s Childcare Offer for Wales and Tax Free Childcare schemes and we also accept all major childcare vouchers. Please ask us for further details.
